NTMF - Network Traffic Manipulation Framework

There may be zero or more packet_handler modules and one or more router_module (one per L3 protocol) and one or more network_interface. Every network_interface contains an L2_send_queue, where a packet_handler or a router_module may enqueue L2 packets.
Currently the IPv4 routing is handled by the OS, but the built-in IPv4 router_module can be trivially replaced with an alternative IPv4 routing module (if it is really needed in your situation).
